Customers are required to create an account during the check out process when purchasing from in order to get the full range of benefits, including notifications on new products, discounts, newsletters, updates etc.

All orders are processed once a confirmed order has been received and the full payment has reflected into our bank account. Payments may take up to two (2) working days to reflect. will take up to an additional two (2) working days to process the order. All South African customers will receive the orders within 10 - 15 working days thereafter. Orders to International orders can take up to 15 - 20 working days to reach their destination, depending on the efficience of your local post office. Postal Delivery:

you will normally get a slip in the mail about 2-5 days after we dispatch the order. You can then collect from your local post office counter.

Courier Delivery - Door to Door services:

The delivery address must be a physical address and not a post office box. Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday to all South African and International customers. If South Africa as delivery address:

Are tracking numbers available?

The Greek Merchant issues - via email - tracking numbers for all domestic orders. This is not applicable to International orders.

The Greek Merchant stocks items manufactured by us and in some cases, products from other suppliers. If you would like to ensure that your garment of choice will fit you, please send us an email with a link to the product. We will then send you a sizing chart.

Returns: Our quality control measures will guarantee you full satisfaction on your product of choice, however, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly assist you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to your return to ensure that your merchandise will be qualified for a return/refund.

Return Guidelines:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date that it was received.
Merchandise must be in new / unused condition.
We are not able to accept products which have been washed, worn, opened or damaged.
We are not able to accept CDs. DVDs and / or clearance/sale items.
Shipping cost & shipping related fees incurred for returns are non refundable and are to the customer's responsibilty and discretion.
Orders placed with Paypal as a method of payment, have separate credits from orders using credit card as a method of payment.

SA customers: make use of the "Registered Mail" at your local post office. You must email us the tracking number to:

International Customers: Make use of a courier service that offers a tracking number and provide the full value of the shipment. If the package will not be delivered/arrives damaged due to negligence on your part, we will unfortunately not refund you. You must email us the tracking number to:

Exchanges can take up to 6 weeks.

NB: Orders ONLY qualify for exchange if the incident is reported within fourteen 14 days of the item's ship date.

Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 business days from the date the return is received by TGM. The credit may only be reflected on your next statement depending on the financial provider bank or method.

Due to varying stock levels and merchandise availability, we are not in a position to offer exchanges. At this stage, you may only return the original product and exchange for a new product in the same retail price category.

At this time we are not in a position to offer returns or exchanges for concert/event merchandise purchased at a show. Event/festival merchandise are not related to products found on and its affiliate stores. But that does not mean we are not willing to keep you happy. All orders are processed on a daily basis. Local shipping gets processed and dispatched daily whereas international shipping can take between 2-3 days for processing dependant on the package’s destination. International shipping can then take up to 2-3 weeks.

If an incorrect address was provided, your order could have had an attempted delivery and been returned to our warehouse. If this is the case, a Greek Merchant representative will contact you as soon as it has been received and processed.

Our current order processing period is 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, for stock items prior to dispatching the order to ensure a swift and sound delivery of your parcel. Additional transit times, i.e. shipping, apply over and above the processing period.

* Delivery times depend on your choice of shipping method and delivery address.

* Shipping fees are calculated according to the total weight, dimensions and destinnation of your pakage.
* Pre-Sale orders are processed as soon as the product is in stock and available for retail purposes. This may vary from advertised dates. 1-3 processing period still applies.

As with all our local orders and customers, we strive to do our best and service our international customers so that you can receive the highest level of customer care. Due to the distance factor, certain processes will take longer than expected. We thank you in advance for your understanding. We currently dispatch packages to most countries around the globe. Please ensure that the items in your order are in line with the law governed by your country as The Greek Merchant will not be held responsible for a refund. In this case, shipping charges are not refundable. Your order will typically arrive within a 2-3 weeks after your receive the "Order Dispatched" notifications. It can take as little as seven working days for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Shipping Duties and other Taxes, are not included in the retail price of our products and are only due at the time of delivery and/or once received /evaluated by your countries customs officers. Please cosult them before you place the order to ensure you have all details pertaining your country's shipping duties and taxes. VAT: Our prices include 14% VAT. See above for more information.

Once you receive the "Order Dispatched" notification, one of our team members will contact and provide you with the tracking number related to your package. ORDER HISTORY

*d) Packages for which payments have been received by the cut off time, will be dispatched in time for the shows, which you will be receiving on the day before the show. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the package the day before, but should there be an act of God preventing us from doing so, your package will be available on the night at the show. Please ensure you have your ID document with you. No package will be handed over without a valid proof of identification and the invoice received from The Greek Merchant For your refund,

* If the order can not be fullfiled, this is how you get your money back.

Credit Card /Paypal: We require full payment, as per your cart total. For your refund, you get paid back in full. Notify us by email.
* If you choose to cancel your order before we ship it, you will be refunded in full minus any refund-related transaction fees calculated according to the full value of the contents in your cart.
